- Design LLM, RAG and agentic AI solutions
- Build evaluation, monitoring and guardrail systems
- Work with product, data and engineering teams
- Turn business needs into technical plans
What we are looking for
- Strong Python and software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications and retrieval systems
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and APIs
- Clear communication in English
Good to have
- MLOps or data platform experience
- Experience in regulated industries
